According to military casualty information sources, the Albania enforcement operation took the lives of 2 Americans during the UN-backed enforcement operation, both lives were lost in a crash of an Apache helicopter during a training mission over Albania. Additional casualty figures are not available.

This loss of life was the result of the UN enforcement activities that the United States volunteered to support. These Americans died in a country with which we had no direct conflict. The numbers of civilians lost during the conflict is unavailable.
